Vocational Training
We are training:
With our high training quota of more than ten percent, we are not only setting the course for the future by our personnel policy, but also by giving viable career prospects for youth in the region.
Finow Automotive has been recognized for more than 20 years as an excellent company for vocational training in the industrial and commercial sectors. Employees from our company are members of the examination board of the IHK. In the commercial sector, the basic metal training program is handled in cooperation with the Angermünder Bildungswerk (ABW). The practical training happens within our company, the theoretical training depending in the Oberstufenzentrum II Barnim. In the business department, the practical training takes place at Final Automotive and the theoretical training at the Oberstufenzentrum II Barnim in Bernau. Single modules are taught in cooperation with the Angermünder Bildungswerk (ABW) or the DAA Deutschen Angestellten-Akademie Eberswalde.
